Introducing The Triple Crown!

The Triple Crown Program

What is it?

The Triple Crown Program is a unique combined faire promotional program that is put on by The New Hampshire Renaissance Faire, The Vermont Renaissance Faire, and The Maine Renaissance Faire. All three faires have come together to offer something special for our patrons. Through the program, patrons can earn a special gift, the first one is a T-shirt, by attending all three faires in a one-year (12-month) time period.

How does it work?

There is no cost for patrons to sign up. Patrons can sign up in person at the merchandise booth of the first faire that they attend. Online sign-up will be available soon. All info received from the patron will only be used for the Triple Crown program use i.e. tracking attendance for qualification and mailing of gifts if needs be, and will not be sold or given to third parties.

Each patron will initially receive a card with their name on it at their first faire (or by mail) which will need to be stamped at all three faires and their attendance will also be logged into the system within a year’s time. This is their “quest”.

An example of how it works: A Patron signs up at NHRF as their first faire and then gets it stamped at the Vermont and Maine Faires that same year they will receive their t-shirt at or after the Maine Faire. A Patron signs up at VTRF as their first faire and then gets it stamped at the Maine and New Hampshire Faires during the 12-year period they will receive their t-shirt at or after the NH Faire. And so on. Lost cards can be replaced at any of the three faires merchandise booths.

Who is eligible?

The General public, age (16) and up, who pay general admittance into each faire.

Who is not eligible?

Due to the large amount of crossover between the faires, anyone associated with the faires i.e. Faire staff, Vendors, Performers, and Volunteers is not eligible. Although they are able to purchase the item(s) being offered to patrons.

Triple Crown Rules

Signing up on site:

  1. There is no cost for signing up for the program.
  2. The Patron needs to give basic contact information i.e. name, mailing address, phone number, and T-shirt size on the form. The current date needs to be on the form. This information will not be sold to third parties. It will only be used for tracking attendance and mailing the gift if needed.

Subsequent attendance:

  1. Patron needs to present their card to be stamped at the Merchandise booth. The card will be stamped with the corresponding faire stamp by the Merchandise Attendant and the date will be written/stamped on the stamp.
  2. Patron’s attendance will then need to be logged into the datasheet.

Lost Cards:

  1. If a Patron has lost their card, a replacement card will be provided once it has been verified that they are in the system.
  2. Prior attendance at the other faires will be noted on the card by the Merchandise attendant via writing their attendance date at said faires in the stamp blocks and initialing the date.
  3. The card will then be stamped with the current faires stamp and the current date written/stamped on the stamp.
  4. Patron’s attendance will then need to be logged into the datasheet.

The Gift:

  1. Once a Patron has earned their gift via attendance at all three faires in a one-year time period, depending on availability, they will receive their gift at that time or have it sent to them.

Renewal:
