
The Triple Crown Program
Wondering what it’s all about?
The Triple Crown Program is an exciting three-faire initiative where all three faires (NHRF, VTRF, and MRF) have come together to offer something truly special for our cherished patrons.
Participants in the program have the opportunity to earn exclusive gifts or prizes by attending all three faires within a 12-month period. And this year, we’ve got something truly exceptional lined up – a limited edition, custom-designed collector’s pin awaits those who complete the journey!
How does it work?
It’s simple and hassle-free! There’s no additional cost to join. Each participant will receive a personalized card at the merchandise booth of the first faire they attend. Keep an eye out for the Triple Crown Banner! Your quest: Get your card stamped at each of the three faires within the designated 12-month timeframe. That’s all there is to it! And for those of you who embarked on this quest last year at VTRF or MERF, fear not – you’re still on track for your coveted T-shirt! Just remember to get your card stamped at the remaining faires listed on your card.
Who is eligible?
The Triple Crown Program is open to the general public aged 16 and above, who purchase general admission tickets to each faire.
Who is not eligible?
Due to the large amount of crossover between the faires, anyone involved in working, performing, volunteering, or otherwise associated with any of the three faires is not eligible to participate.
Triple Crown Rules
Signing up on site:
- There is no cost for signing up for the program.
- The Patron needs to give basic contact information i.e. name, mailing address, phone number, and T-shirt size on the form. The current date needs to be on the form. This information will not be sold to third parties. It will only be used for tracking attendance and mailing the gift if needed.
- Patron is then given a stamp card. Their name needs to be written/printed on it. It will then need to be stamped with the corresponding faires stamp by the Merchandise attendant and the date written/stamped on the stamp.
Subsequent attendance:
- Patron needs to present their card to be stamped at the Merchandise booth. The card will be stamped with the corresponding faire stamp by the Merchandise Attendant and the date will be written/stamped on the stamp.
- Patron’s attendance will then need to be logged into the datasheet.
Lost Cards:
- If a Patron has lost their card, a replacement card will be provided once it has been verified that they are in the system.
- Prior attendance at the other faires will be noted on the card by the Merchandise attendant via writing their attendance date at said faires in the stamp blocks and initialing the date.
- The card will then be stamped with the current faires stamp and the current date written/stamped on the stamp.
- Patron’s attendance will then need to be logged into the datasheet.
The Gift:
- Once a Patron has earned their gift via attendance at all three faires in a one-year time period, depending on availability, they will receive their gift at that time or have it sent to them.
Renewal:
- Patrons can re-sign up either online or at the next faire. Each faire attendance only counts as one attendance and cannot be counted towards the next gift.
